Farah Zeynep Abdullah was born on 17 August 1989, in Istanbul, Turkey. Her father is Iraqi, mother is Turkish. During her studies at the University of Kent, Abdullah was offered a role in the Turkish soap opera Öyle Bir Geçer Zaman Ki in 2010, she played in role of Aylin. In 2013, she started her cinema career with Kivanc Tatlitug and Mert Firat in movie "Kelebegin Ruyasi" (Butterfly Dream) directed by Yilmaz Erdogan. Since 2014, she shares the leading roles with Kivanc Tatlitug in tv series "Kurt Seyt&Shura". She continued to be in cinema and played with Engin Akyurek in movie named "Bi Kucuk Eylul Meselesi".
